We hope that you are healthy and making the best of the warm sunny days of spring. Though everyone wishes we’ll see the end of this pandemic soon, one of the most important things we can do for ourselves during this time is to keep active.
That’s what our MaxFit team has been encouraging everyone to do for years. When we engage in physical activity, we feel better physically and mentally, which is why our team is ready to keep you motivated to stay active every day.
If you need a bit of extra inspiration, we are happy to announce that you can join Maxfit physiotherapist Stephanie McCann for four sessions of Pilates which will take place on Zoom (each session is 60-minute long.) The sessions are scheduled every Saturday during the month of May at 9am (no session on May 16.)
