In a few words
Do you believe that first impressions matter a lot? We do! Which is why we’re delighted to introduce our new Medical Office Assistant (MOA), Fiza Rajani. Fiza is highly experienced in customer service, organization and management skills, and an excellent problem-solver too! She has a passion for healthcare administration, and we couldn’t be happier for it.
How it started
Fiza moved to Vancouver to be closer to her family and pursue her MBA at University Canada West. Like many who made Vancouver their home, Fiza is unapologetically impressed “I love Vancouver’s vibrant community and its opportunities for both personal and professional growth make it an ideal place to be.”
MaxFit as the place to be
Then came MaxFit. Why would anyone choose to work here? Without hesitation, Fiza says, “I was drawn to MaxFit because of its strong reputation for excellent patient care and its supportive work environment.” But there’s more, she says, “The clinic’s commitment to both high-quality service and employee development aligns perfectly with my professional goals and values.”
Oh yes, we’re happy to know that MaxFit has this kind of reputation, and we’re looking forward to having Fiza add her touch as our office assistant. “I hope to contribute positively to the Maxfit team and enhance clinic operations through my skills and dedication, as well as gain valuable experience in healthcare administration and contribute to improving patient care.”
Life outside work and school
When she’s not in the office, or at school, or studying, Fiza is deeply passionate about art. “I love sketching and painting, and I previously ran a small handmade jewelry business in India.” Fiza loves spending time with her 1.5-year-old niece Sia, and she loves hiking and going to the beach (it’s Vancouver after all 😊). Oh, and she’s always up for a good game of badminton, both outdoors and indoors.
One of Fiza’s favourite quotes is, ‘Dream is not that which you see while sleeping; it is something that does not let you sleep.’ (A.P.J. Abdul Kalam). “I believe that true dreams are those that inspire us to stay driven and focused, pushing us to take action and overcome obstacles,” says Fiza.
Welcome to MaxFit, Fiza, we’re happy to have you join our team!
