Alp Ertung
Certified Fascial Manipulation®SpecialistAlp Ertung is Certified Fascial Manipulation®Specialist, Fascial Manipulation®Teacher and Neuromuscular Therapist. He has been practicing as a manual therapist and movement professional since 2011, mostly in orthopedic rehab and post rehab, focusing on myofascial pain and dysfunction.
In 2008, Alp enrolled in the Therapeutic Massage Training Diploma Program in Florida College of Natural Health, completing this program with a Certificate of Excellence. Post-graduation he passed the test for National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
He then studied Neuromuscular Therapy in Sarasota School of Massage Therapy and worked as a neuromuscular therapist. Following the completion of the Balanced Body Pilates Instructor Training Program, Alp started combining manual therapy with exercise.
Alp holds a Higher Diploma in Neuromuscular Therapy” (H.Dip.NMT) from the College of Complementary Medical Education in Dublin.
In 2015 Alp was officially introduced to the Fascial Manipulation® Stecco Method in Washington D.C., and in 2021 he completed his Fascial Manipulation® Specialist certification, followed by a Fascial Manipulation® Teacher certification in August 2023.
Alp has a bachelor’s degree in communication studies and in addition, he studied and professionally performed jazz as a drummer and classical music as a singer for so many years. He still plays drums and sings occasionally just for fun.
Alp is practicing Fascial Manipulation® at MaxFit on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 5pm.
